Margie's Haven House

​​All non-profits need volunteers! Margie's Haven House is no exception. There are several ways you can help:

  • Event/Fundraising Planning - ​We are in the process of planning a Golf Tournament for the fall. If you have planning experience, and would like to help, please call the shelter, 501-362-6757.
  • Transportation - Occasionally we have clients needing help navigating around town for job interviews, house hunting, doctor visits or other appointments. We also relocate clients to other shelters or take to the bus station for security reasons. 
  • Receptionist - ​Answer phone/crisis line 4 hours a week...every other week or just once a month.
  • Cleaning Supplies of any kind; including laundry detergent and laundry baskets
  • Toliet Paper, Paper Towels
  • Light Bulbs, Batteries of all sizes
  • Gas Cards, Gift Cards
  • 13 Gallon Garbage Bags
  • Gallon and Quart Baggies, Aluminum Foil, Paper Towels,
  • Pajamas (all sizes)
  • House Shoes (all sizes)
  • Plastic food containers (reuseable)
  • New socks (all sizes)
  • New underwear (all sizes)
  • Towels, Washcloths, Hand Towels
  • Notebooks, Pens, Pencils, Markers, Crayons
  • Edible food items (Canned, ,Boxed, Packaged) Perishable & Non-perishable
  • Anything a typical household uses, just at a much greater capacity.
